Kelvin Lee started his solo law practice in San Marino after transitioning from over 20 years of service as a government administrative law attorney and judge. Kelvin has worked extensively in the administrative law area in both the State and Federal government since graduating from UCLA Law School in 1990. Kelvin worked extensively as a Departmental Counsel and Administrative Law Judge for the California Department of Social Services. He also served as a Senior Attorney Advisor for the Social Security Administration. Kelvin presently builds upon these experiences to effectively assist his clients before agencies like the Social Security Administration and California Department of Health Care Services. Many of Kelvin’s clients are people who might otherwise be unable to secure representation in administrative proceedings before government boards and agencies. Kelvin was admitted to the State Bar of California in June 1991. He is a member of the UCLA Alumni Association as well as the San Gabriel Valley Bar Association and Southern California Chinese Lawyer’s Association. Kelvin belongs to the San Gabriel Chamber of Commerce and services as a Board Member with the Hemophilia Foundation of Southern California.
