Family Information Day is an annual event held to educate, inform, and support the bleeding disorders community in Southern Calfiornia.
Friday night we are thrilled to present Women’s Bleeding Disorders and Von Willebrands. Join us for a networking reception, dinner and round table group discussions around women’s bleeding disorders and Von Willebrands treatment and support. Open to ALL.
Translation services for Spanish spakers will be available for the main program
Special Meals: If you have a special dietary consideration, please include it in your registration.
Lodging: Hotel Room Block lodging is available at the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel for $109/night (plus tax) through April 14, 2018. Ask for the Hemophilia Foundation room block when booking. Limited $100 reimbursement scholarships for lodging are available for members who live 50+ miles away and have a documented financial need. Youth Program: Children ages 5-12 have the option to be checked in to our Youth program. If you choose not to register your child or if your child/teen does not qualify for the youth program, please be aware that you are responsible for your child/teen at all times during the program. Teens are expected to attend the general session.
